Privacy Policy
This is a beta product. This policy may be updated prior to public launch (target August 2026).
Imagine Fantasy Football ("IFF", "we", "us") provides decision-support tools for fantasy football managers. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how it is handled. Contact: [email protected].
Data we collect
- Account data: email address (required to sign in).
- Platform credentials: OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Yahoo and Sleeper when you connect a league. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are used solely to read league data and, with your consent, write lineup changes.
- League and roster metadata: league settings, scoring rules, team rosters, matchups, transactions, and related public information from the fantasy platform(s) you connect.
- Chat conversation history: the text of your queries and our responses, used to provide context-aware answers within a session.
- Usage data: standard web logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
Why we collect it
- Provide fantasy football decision support (projections, lineup recommendations, trade analysis, chat answers).
- Authenticate you and secure your account.
- Debug and improve the service.
Retention
- Chat conversation history: 90 days from last message in a session.
- Account and league-connection data: until you request deletion.
- OAuth tokens: until you disconnect the linked platform or delete your account.
Third parties and subprocessors
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting, storage, and managed services (including Amazon Bedrock for AI model invocation).
- Anthropic (via AWS Bedrock) and Meta (Llama via Bedrock): providers of the large language models used for chat responses. Prompts sent to these models may include your question text and anonymized league context (player names, scoring format, roster positions).
- Yahoo and Sleeper: sources of your fantasy league data, accessed via their official APIs with your explicit OAuth consent.
- Stripe (future): payment processing for Pro and Premium subscriptions. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Your rights
- Request a copy of your personal data.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Revoke connected platform (Yahoo/Sleeper) access at any time from within the app or from the respective platform's settings.

Sale of data
We do not sell personal data.
Children
IFF is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted at this URL with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance.
