By accessing or using Imagine Fantasy Football ("IFF", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Contact: [email protected].
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits on the Service or on any connected third-party platform (including Yahoo and Sleeper).
- Connect an account or league you do not have the right to access.
- Use automated means to scrape or bulk-export data from the Service.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service.
Third-party platforms
IFF integrates with third-party fantasy platforms (Yahoo, Sleeper, and others in the future) via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. You grant IFF permission to access and, where you explicitly authorize, modify your league data (e.g., set your lineup). You can revoke this access at any time.
Subscriptions and payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription (Pro or Premium). Pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase and handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
No warranty on projections and recommendations
Projections, rankings, lineup recommendations, trade analyses, and chat responses are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are statistical estimates and opinions, not guarantees of performance or outcomes. You are solely responsible for the fantasy decisions you make.
"As-is" service
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. IFF does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to IFF in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to us or other users. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
